1. Registration:

Registration is mandatory for access to Conference, Trade Expo and networking events. Please note that registrations are at the full discretion of FTMA Australia. Registration does not guarantee approval as all registrations are checked and approved by our team. 

2. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to adhere to our code of conduct policy promoting a respectful, professional, inclusive environment for all attendees. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organiser.

  • More than 30 days prior to the event: Full refund minus a small administrative fee of 10%.
  • 15–30 days prior to the event: 50% refund of registration fees.
  • Less than 15 days prior to the event: No refunds will be issued.

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no cost up to 5 days before the event.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided. The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation).
